Facilities and Services available within the Village
Apart from the services which featured on their own page, there are a number of other facilities and services offered within the village, to make life easier for the residents.
Doctor: The doctor is available on site on certain days of the week (rooms in Service Centre behind Reception/Administration. Enquire at Reception for days, or contact the Villge Nurse to make an appointment.
Village Nurse: On site daily to assist with providing medication, checking blood pressure and other routine checks.
Library: There is a well stocked library located in the lounge next to the Dining Room in the Service Centre. Many books have been kindly donated by the residents. There are also bookshelves on each of the floors in each of the apartment blocks, which can be very convenient for some residents.
Recycling:Whilst there is a refuse collection service for the cottages and apartments, a number of residents collect their own recycling items and deposit them directly in the recycle bins in the refuse area (to the right of the entrance gates when exiting the Village)
Cottage/Apartment cleaning service: Call at Reception to book a maid for cleaning inside your cottage or apartment.
